Part Time Administrator

Job Title: Part Time Administrator (Temporary)

Hours: Monday to Friday - (24 hours per week)

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Location: Staveley, Chesterfield

This role will be for a minimum of 6 Months and has the potential to go permanent.

Purpose of the role:

To assist the HR/HSEQ Department in the provision of a confidential human resource and HSEQ function for the Company in relation to all aspects of practice and procedure. Providing admin and support to managers and administering the HR/HSEQ systems.

Tasks and duties: HR administration

* Take minutes at meetings.

* Collate temporary production hours on time sheets and send the necessary documentation to agencies.

* Maintain confidential employee files and HR database.

* Prepare HR information for the monthly HR Audit/s.

* Complete all filing, record keeping and database maintenance as required by the HR Department.

* Completion of ad-hoc projects/duties as and when required.

Tasks and duties: HSEQ administration

* Assisting in overall management of the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems

* Maintenance of HSEQ documentation in line with requirements.

* Liaise with external agencies/organisations to utilise specialised expertise for goods or services

* Assist with Calibration System.

* Organize external training courses: Forklift Truck/First Aid/Fire Marshall etc.

* Raise purchase orders where necessary

* Collecting Weekly Machine Check Tickets and process.

* Conduct HSE induction training and complete all necessary documentation Perm/Temp/Visitors and Contractors

* Completion of ad-hoc projects/duties as and when required
