Part Time administrator Learning and Development

Our client is looking for a part time administrator with experience working within the Learning and Development arena.

You will have the technical capabilities to manage the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the VLE which will include responsibilities such as user management, course management, learner group management, assignment submissions for blended training, certificate and awards management, reminder mail management, reporting and general housekeeping including continuous improvement of the VLE and user learning experience.

You will need strong administration experience, excellent attention to detail and be able to coordinate the VLE system.

You will be dealing with tutors , learners and other stakeholders and offering them any support they need.

The role will be for approximately three months, for 20 hours per week, ideally 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, as the you will be looking after an inbox.

Our client is looking for an early start date, 8 July at the latest and there will be a teams meeting after your CV has been put forward.

The role is hybrid with 1 or 2 days in the office and the rest WFH.
