Part Time Cleaner

On behalf of our client, a leading local manufacturing company based in Hertford, we are currently recruiting for a reliable and conscientious Cleaner to join their team.

This position is available on a temp-to-perm basis, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.

With 10 to 15 hours per week and flexible working times, this role is ideal if you are looking to fit work around existing commitments, such as school runs or other part-time roles.

All cleaning products, equipment, and safety gear/PPE are fully provided on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Cleaning and sanitising toilet and washroom facilities.

* Wiping down countertops, sinks, tables, and communal eating areas.

* Emptying waste and recycling bins across the site.

* Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in both communal and production spaces.

* Disinfecting high-use areas such as door handles and handrails.

* Keeping track of cleaning supplies and notifying management when stock is low.

Requirements:

* Previous cleaning experience (preferably in a commercial or production setting) is beneficial, but a high standard of work and strong attention to detail are key.

* Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.

* Good communication skills.
