Part-Time Credit Controller

Hours: 12–20 hours per week, across a minimum of 3 days
Contract: Temporary to permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Credit Controller to join a well-established business based in Burnley.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller or someone with a strong accounts background and previous credit control exposure, looking for flexible, part-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively contacting customers to chase outstanding invoices and overdue payments.

* Managing and monitoring customer accounts and aged debt.

* Making outbound calls and following up on outstanding balances.

* Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.

* Handling payment queries and resolving account discrepancies.

* Agreeing payment arrangements where necessary.

* Maintaining accurate records of customer contact and payment commitments.

* Providing general accounts and administrative support where required.

About You:

* Previous experience in Credit Control, Sales Ledger or Accounts Receivable.

* Confident and professional telephone manner.

* Comfortable making outbound calls and having conversations about outstanding payments.

* Good communication and relationship-building skills.

* Organised with good attention to detail.

* Able to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
