Part Time Customer Service Representative

Our client, a growing business within the retail industry, based in Cheltenham, has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis, working Monday, Thursday and Friday, due to business growth. The successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
Previous retail or customer service experience
Previous experience using a customer service or CRM platform is highly desirable
Strong communication skills across phone, email, and live chat
Confidence when speaking with customers and suppliers
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving
In this role, the Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for:

Handling customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner
Using the company’s customer service platform to manage and update customer enquiries
Providing advice on orders, product availability, and bespoke options
Chasing suppliers and updating customers on order progress and delivery times
Managing customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Supporting sales opportunities and carrying out general administrative duties
Our client is offering the successful Customer Service Advisor a salary of £12.71 per hour, working Monday, Thursday and Friday, plus benefits including company pension, employee discount, company events, onsite parking, and annual leave.
