Hours: Part-time 15 hours per week and can be done over 3 days or 5 days if preferred - this is a supportive team who are flexible on hours worked

Salary: £13.50 - 14 per hour

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented School Finance Administrator to support the financial operations of our school. This is a part-time role, ideal for someone with experience in school finance systems such as SIMS and FMS, who can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the wider administrative function of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Process and maintain financial transactions including invoices, purchase orders, and payments
Reconcile bank accounts and assist with budget monitoring
Use SIMS and FMS systems for financial data entry and reporting
Manage supplier queries and ensure timely payments
Maintain accurate financial records in line with school policies and audit requirements
