We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented finance administrator to join our clients team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible part-time hours with the potential for longer-term development and increased hours after time. 

Key Responsibilities:

Processing and monitoring company credit card payments, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and any discrepancies are identified and resolved
Posting purchase invoices onto the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining up-to-date financial records
Carrying out supplier statement reconciliations, investigating and resolving any differences to ensure accounts are fully aligned
Liaising with suppliers where necessary to clarify account queries or obtain missing documentation
Assisting with the maintenance of financial records and ensuring all documentation is filed correctly and efficiently
Supporting general accounts administration tasks, including data entry, document management, and ad hoc duties as required by the finance teamRequirements:

Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance role preferred
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Basic knowledge of accounting processes and systems
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
