Job Description - Part Time Financial Services Administrator
Are you looking for a part-time administration job that will fit around your family’s life? MFP Wealth Management is a progressive, family-run firm of Chartered Financial Planners specialising in helping people retire successfully. We provide pension and retirement planning advice to affluent families approaching retirement. We are looking for an experienced financial services administrator to join our team of three in our offices in Mudeford, Christchurch. What are we looking for? - You will be an administrator with experience of working in the financial services sector, preferably within a financial planning / IFA office, able to support our Paraplanner and Financial Planner to deliver an exceptional client experience. - Alongside managing the day-to-day office administration, you will be highly articulate and confident in liaising with clients over the telephone, via email and face to face to book meetings and gather financial information. - With excellent attention to detail and superb communication skills, you will take care of the administration for every stage of our clients’ journey, from first contact through to regular progress meetings. - You will be responsible for preparing paperwork for meetings and applications/reports, requesting illustrations, liaising with providers, updating software systems and managing the general workflow. - Your high levels of computer literacy mean you are comfortable using the latest technology and software. - You will also undertake tasks to support the ongoing management of the business and its marketing efforts. - Of critical importance are your excellent organisational qualities, superior communication skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a small team, and strong written abilities. In return, we offer you: A part-time position between the hours of 9am and 2pm from Monday to Friday, based in our offices in Mudeford, Christchurch, Dorset.
A salary of £26,000 - £30,000 pro-rata per annum (depending on experience).
