Part-Time New Homes Sales Advisor - Lincolnshire

Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity with a leading housebuilder in Lincolnshire?

I am working on behalf of a well-established housebuilder who is looking for a confident, dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven new homes sales experience who is looking for a flexible working arrangement while continuing to work within the new homes industry.

Working Pattern

Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week.
One weekend per month.
Additional ad-hoc holiday cover throughout the year, approximately 35-40 days annually.
Flexibility to support the wider sales team when required.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective buyers, providing expert advice on a range of new build homes across the development.
Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the quality and lifestyle of the new homes.
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering exceptional customer service at every stage.
Maintain an excellent knowledge of available properties, pricing, incentives and current offers.
Build strong relationships with prospective purchasers, helping them make informed decisions about their new home.
Work closely with the wider sales team to support sales performance and achieve development targets.
Provide holiday and absence cover when required, ensuring continuity of service across the development.

Qualifications & Experience

A minimum of 2 years' proven experience within New Homes sales is essential.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Confident managing the full sales journey, from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify sales opportunities.
A flexible and reliable approach to working, including the ability to commit to one weekend per month and additional holiday cover.
