Job Title: Part-Time Office Manager (3 - 4 Days per Week)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Manager to join our growing team on a part-time basis (3 - 4 days per week). This is a dynamic role suited to a vibrant, driven individual who is passionate about people, HR processes, and supporting business growth.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of office operations while contributing to the development and wellbeing of our team.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Operational Support
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure all systems and processes are running efficiently Set up and maintain internal systems to support business needs Take a flexible, hands-on approach and commit to supporting the wider business as required
HR & People Management
Work closely with outsourced HR providers to support HR administration and best practice Act as a key point of contact for HR-related queries and employee relations matters Support managers with HR issues and guidance where appropriate
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate onboarding processes for all new starters Ensure a smooth and welcoming induction experience Send out training materials and ensure completion of required onboarding tasks
Training & Development
Deliver and coordinate training for new and existing team members Support the personal development of staff through ongoing learning initiatives Assist with organising training sessions and development programmes
Performance Management
Support the rollout of appraisal processes and 360 feedback systems Coordinate performance reviews and ensure timely completion Work with managers to support team growth and development
Compensation & Benchmarking
Assist with salary benchmarking exercises to ensure competitive and fair pay structures Support managers with workforce planning and team expansion
About You
Previous experience in an Office Manager, HR, or People-focused role Strong organisational and communication skills A positive, energetic, and approachable personality Comfortable handling confidential information and HR matters Ability to work independently and take initiative Passion for people development and creating a positive workplace culture
