We are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our friendly Burnley primary school on a part-time basis as part of a job share arrangement, starting from 2nd November 2026.

The Role
Teaching a well-behaved and engaged primary class as part of a job share arrangement. Working 2 days per week (days to be agreed). Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum. Working closely with the class teacher to ensure continuity of learning and consistency for pupils. Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment. Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Has experience teaching within a UK primary school setting. Is organised, reliable and able to work collaboratively as part of a job share partnership. Has high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour. Brings enthusiasm, creativity and a passion for primary education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
