Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant looking for flexible, part-time work?

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a small and friendly office based in Leamington, who is looking for someone to join their finance team on an immediate basis to help clear a backlog of work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for part-time hours, particularly those wanting to work around school drop-offs and pick-ups. The client is flexible on working hours, so start and finish times can be discussed.

The Role

Working closely with the existing finance team, your duties will include:

Processing purchase invoices onto Sage 200.

Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes.

Checking and resolving invoice discrepancies.

Supplier statement reconciliations.

Dealing with supplier queries via email and telephone.

Ensuring invoices are correctly coded and authorised.

Supporting with purchase ledger administration and maintaining accurate records.

Helping the finance team work through an existing backlog of invoices and general finance administration.

About You

Previous experience using Sage 200 is essential.

Previous experience within a purchase ledger or accounts payable role.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Confident working independently and managing your workload.

Available to start next week.

Working Hours

Tuesday to Friday, 4 hours per day.
