Part Time Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Receptionist to join a business in Bordon on a part-time, temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking consistent morning hours, with a Monday to Friday schedule and an early finish each day.

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 11:00am

Welcoming visitors and ensuring they receive a professional and friendly greeting.
Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the relevant department.
Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
Responding to general enquiries and passing on messages accurately.
Keeping the reception area tidy, organised and presentable.
Providing general administrative support as required.Skills, Experience and Training Requirements

Previous reception or administration experience would be advantageous.
Good communication and telephone manner.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A professional, approachable and helpful attitude.
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently.Our Ideal Candidate
