We're recruiting for an experienced Retail Supervisor to join a leading outdoor and sports brand in Inverness.
This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused and motivated retail professional looking for a part-time role where they can support a successful store team, deliver great customer service and help drive sales and performance.

16 hours per week across 2 days

No Sunday working

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming store environment

Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations

Drive sales and performance against company targets

Open and close the store when required

Maintain high standards across merchandising, stock and store presentation

Receive and process deliveries accurately

Support with stock control and replenishment

Lead and support the team on shift

Build strong relationships with colleagues and the wider business
About You:

Previous retail or customer service experience

Experience supervising or leading a team would be beneficial

A positive, can-do attitude and a natural people person

Confident communicator with a strong customer focus

Organised and able to manage multiple priorities

Passionate about delivering great customer experiences

Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work across 2 days per week
