Part Time Senior Customer Sales Executive

Location: Norwich

Hours: Part time, permanent – from 15 hours per week

Working pattern: Flexible shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 20:00

Salary: £14.35–£15.38 per hour, dependent on experience (equivalent to £28,000–£30,000 full-time salary), plus the opportunity to earn additional performance-related pay.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Customer Sales Executive who combines a natural ability to build relationships with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.

This is a sales focused role with clear targets and the opportunity to earn additional performance related pay.

You'll take a solution based approach to every conversation, listening carefully to customers, understanding their individual circumstances and recommending the products or services that best meet their needs.

You'll be commercially minded and motivated to achieve results, while ensuring the customer remains at the heart of everything you do.

About You

You're a natural people person who builds trust, listens well and genuinely cares about finding the right outcome for the customer.

We're looking for someone who:

* Has previous customer service experience (essential).

* Has experience in solution-based or service-led sales (advantageous).

* Is commercially aware and comfortable working towards targets.

* Takes a customer-first approach to sales.

* Is confident communicating with a wide range of people.

* Is self-motivated, organised and able to manage their workload.

* Is confident using technology and CRM systems.

You'll understand that how you achieve your results matters just as much as the results themselves. A sales-at-any-cost approach isn't what we're looking for.

Salary and Benefits

* Basic salary of £28,000–£30,000, dependent on experience.

Working Pattern

This is a flexible, part time role offering a minimum of 15 hours per week, with the opportunity to work additional hours if desired.

This is a hybrid role based in Norwich, with a minimum of three days per week in the office. Further flexibility may be available depending on performance.

Weekend and bank holiday working will form part of the rota. Please note that any hybrid or remote working must be undertaken within the UK.

Additional Information

This role is subject to pre-employment screening, including a basic DBS check and two years of referencing. All screening must be completed before your start date. This may mean your start date needs to be adjusted if checks are not completed in time.
