Part-Time Accounts Assistant - £15 per hour – Basingstoke

An introduction to the company and role:

Wade Macdonald are currently working with a well-established business based in Basingstoke who are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team on a part-time basis right away.

What will be the responsibilities in this role?

Posting and coding subcontract invoices

Statement reconciliations

Creating new accounts

Printing and scanning invoices

Seeking approvals

Processing subcontractor applications.

Credit checking

Scanning weekly and monthly time sheets and expenses

What experience do you need?

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position

CIS knowledge

Confident and able to use your own initiative

Strong attention to detail
