• Build and develop the estate agency profile in a designated core area.
• Make decisions on targeted marketing/canvassing and develop business contacts with local constituencies to further referrals and the estate agency network.
• Value and convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions using a super hub office nearby.
• Oversee instructions to completion, utilising the nearby hub office where sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff will handle the day-to-day running of the customer journey once the property is on the market.

• Minimum of 4 years+ experience in estate agency.
• Proven track record of converting market appraisals into instructions.
• Ability to manage and lead in a designated area.
• Strong marketing and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Competitive basic salary (£20,000 to £27,500) dependent on experience.
