Partner - Financial Services Executive Search

We are representing a privately owned, high end global exec search firm, who, to supplement the growth in the UK & Europe, are looking for a number of Partners to be the next generation of leaders.

Established for 26 years and focussed on providing executive talent to the Insurance, Asset and Wealth Management fields, they are very reputable in the market. Working on retained salaries from £100k, they focus on sector disciplines which takes in areas as diverse as Actuarial & Risk on to Investment Management: from Audit & Compliance through to Marketing and Technology.

This role is unique as it is a pure “hunter” role. As a Partner, you will bring in new clients, alongside developing the existing ones that have been established for 26 years. After securing and attending the client meeting, the retained business will be passed to your senior associates to conduct the search process.

They work in a collaborative, friendly, specialist manner, where their knowledge comes from hunger to learn, depth of research on behalf of their clients, and from their experienced partners.
