Leading and growing an established Building Surveying team Delivering a wide range of professional and project-based surveying services Managing and developing key client relationships Winning new business and identifying growth opportunities Financial forecasting and team performance management Leading multidisciplinary project teams Mentoring, managing, and supporting junior surveyors Carrying out technical reviews and ensuring quality delivery across projectsWhat you'll need to succeed
MRICS qualified status Significant building surveying consultancy experience within the Leeds/Yorkshire market Strong commercial awareness with a passion for business development Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills Proven team leadership and management experience Outstanding technical building surveying knowledge Strong report writing and communication skills The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach Strong leadership qualities Ambitious and commercially driven Collaborative team player Professional and personable manner Ability to inspire and develop othersWhat you'll get in return
