Partner – Investments Practice
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
Package: Market-leading salary + up to 50% bonus + equity + enhanced benefits

A well-regarded and growing regulatory consultancy is seeking a senior leader to head up and scale it’s Investments compliance practice. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential business area within a values-driven, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and grow the Investments compliance practice – commercially and operationally.
Provide senior-level advice across UK and EU regulatory frameworks including AIFMD, MiFID II, and others.
Build and convert a strong sales pipeline, supported by marketing and internal referrals.
Represent the consultancy externally with clients, regulators, and at industry events.
Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and engaged working environment.

What we’re looking for:

A strategic and commercial thinker with a track record of delivering revenue growth and building client portfolios.
Deep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements across the investments sector e.g. hedge funds, private equity, private banking, wealth management, asset management, or investment management.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and develop a high-performing team.
Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
