Partner Manager

• Lead the day-to-day management of strategic technology partnerships, building strong and effective relationships.

• Manage contract activity end to end, including issue resolution, statement of work requests, renewals and terminations.

• Coordinate regular business reviews and partner performance discussions to support clear governance and shared outcomes.

• Identify commercial risks and assess the impact of contract changes, helping teams make informed decisions.

• Partner with teams across the business to support cost efficiency, manage budget risks and drive value from partnerships.

• You bring experience building long-term partnerships that support business value.

• Comfortable working with complex enterprise environments and collaborating across different teams.

• You understand technology functions and how they contribute to business outcomes.

• Able to adapt to change and bring a positive, supportive approach to how you work.

• Experienced in contract negotiation, issue resolution and responding to contract-related queries.
