About the Role

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Partnership Managers primary objective is to develop and manage partnerships that drive revenue growth and profitability. This includes developing a partnership strategy, managing partner relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating partnership contracts, monitoring partnership performance, and building and leading a high-performing partnerships team.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and implement a partnership strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. This includes identifying potential partners, assessing partnership opportunities, and establishing partnership goals.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with partners to ensure that the company is maximizing the value of the partnership. This includes identifying partner needs, developing solutions to meet those needs, and maintaining regular communication with partners.
  • Business Development: Work with partners to identify new business opportunities and generate leads. This includes leveraging partner networks, collaborating on marketing and sales initiatives, and developing joint solutions.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate partnership contracts to ensure that the company's interests are protected, and that the partnership is structured in a way that is mutually beneficial. This includes developing contract templates, managing contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Partnership Performance Management: Monitor, manage and analyse the performance of partnerships to ensure that they are meeting their objectives and delivering value to the company.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with Sales, Marketing and Senior Leadership Team to grow demand with a view to build and lead a high-performing partnerships team in the future.
  • A proven track record of successfully networking pipeline building, negotiation, and exceeding targets.
  • Proven track record of building successful partnerships within a variety of sectors preferred.
  • Excellent presentation skills - verbal and written.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to confidently communicate professionally up to Director level and close business.
  • Experience - Minimum 3 years’ demonstrable experience in a corporate sales or partnership or relationship role.
  • Industry – B2B market.
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
  • Travel required.
