About the Role
We're looking for a commercially minded and well-connected Partnerships Manager to develop and scale our referral and channel partner network. You’ll play a key role in building strategic relationships with consultants, agencies, and tech platforms, helping to establish Propello as their go-to loyalty platform for their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect and onboard new referral partners (agencies, tech platforms, consultants, etc.)
Manage and nurture existing relationships with strategic partners including AWIN, Deloitte and Havas
Create co-marketing initiatives and sales enablement tools to support partners in generating referrals
Lead commercial negotiations and establish incentive models that drive pipeline growth
Work closely with sales and marketing to align on messaging and partner proposition
Track performance and report on the impact of partner-sourced leads and opportunities
Represent Propello at key industry events and networking forums in the UK and internationally
The Ideal Candidate…
5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales or business development
Experience working with or selling to digital agencies, consultants or affiliate networks
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue through partners
Excellent relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a scale-up environment
Remote-first role, with an optional hybrid workspace in Manchester.
