The Role:
As a Salaried Partner or Solicitor in the Wills, Estates, and Wealth Management department, you will:

• Lead a high-calibre caseload while maintaining our commitment to quality and sustainable workloads
• Guide and develop junior team members
• Drive business development and marketing initiatives
• Shape the future direction of a leading private client practice

Candidate Profile - The ideal candidate will bring:

• Senior-level experience from a prestigious Regional, Legal 500, or National firm
• At least 5 years PQE within Private Client 
• Deep technical expertise within private client matters
• Proven business development capabilities
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior lawyers
• Outstanding client relationship abilities
