Parts Administrator

The opportunity:
Are you a detail-oriented and proactive administrator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Parts Administrator to join our clients dynamic engineering team on a 12-month temporary contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that plays a key role in ensuring the continued performance and reliability of our equipment for customers around the world.

About the role:
As a Parts Administrator, you’ll support the sale and delivery of spare parts and assemblies to customers. You’ll work closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer requests for quotations and purchase orders
• Coordinate with suppliers to place and expedite orders
• Liaise with internal teams to manage stock levels
• Support urgent customer requirements
• Assist in the delivery of spares packages
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the parts department
• Support regional offices in developing local spare parts markets

• Strong administrative skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to interpret data and make sound commercial decisions
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with order processing systems
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail
