Parts Advisor

• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Retford
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; weekend work required as part of a rota

Join our team as a Parts Sales Advisor and engage in promoting and selling parts and services to both internal and external customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive and enthusiastic about working with industry-leading technology and brands. Agricultural knowledge is a plus, but not necessary, as comprehensive training is provided.

• Sell and promote parts and services to internal and external customers.
• Maintain product displays and assist with marketing campaigns.
• Manage parts inventory, including invoicing and administrative tasks.
• Ensure work areas are clean and well-organised.
• Represent our company positively as an ambassador.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using specialist dealer and internal systems.
• Flexibility to meet the seasonal demands of the business.
• A driving licence may be required.
