Renault Romford is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our dealership’s busy Parts Department. Motor factors / automotive Parts experience essential.

Renault Retail Group is a national network of automotive dealerships representing the brands Renault, Dacia, Nissan and Alpine. We are Renault’s largest dealer group selling 1 in every 5 Renault in the UK and we are 100% owned by Renault.

Duties of the Parts Advisor include operating the front counter (trade and retail customers) and back counter (serving the dealership’s team of technicians), as well as managing the site’s parts storage facility /warehouse.

You must also hold a full UK driving licence as the role will also involve occasional parts delivery work covering the holidays of our parts van drivers.

We are happy to consider candidates with previous experience as an automotive parts advisor, autoparts consultant, aftersales advisor/supervisor, trade parts telesales operative or motor factors sales advisor at either franchised main dealers, manufacturer owned groups, motor factors, independent parts suppliers or national automotive parts & accessories retailers.

As the Parts Advisor role will involve occasional covering of our dealership’s parts delivery drivers, candidates with multi-drop delivery experience will have an advantage.

The hours for this role are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, with 1-in-3 Saturday mornings 8.30am to 12.30pm.

In return we offer a basic salary of £32,000 per annum, plus a monthly team bonus scheme.
