Are you passionate about the automotive industry and skilled in customer service and inventory management? We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an accurate inventory of automotive parts and supplies
• Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles
• Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
• Process parts order, returns, and warranty claims efficiently
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely delivery of required parts
• Track and manage parts warranties and documentation
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a parts department or the automotive industry (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude
