In this role, you'll support the service department by identifying, sourcing and coordinating parts for service and repair jobs. You'll liaise with engineers, customers and suppliers to ensure accurate parts delivery - on time, every time. You'll also work closely with warehouse and purchasing teams, helping maintain internal systems and ensuring smooth operational support.

The ideal candidate will have previous Parts or Service advising experience, ideally from the automotive, truck, plant hire/agricultural, construction machinery industry who is looking for a long-term career in an industry leading company.

The role

• Act as the key contact for parts enquiries from service teams and customers
• Source and price parts accurately using internal systems and supplier portals
• Liaise with suppliers, engineers and the warehouse to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate system records and support internal KPIs
• Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 4:45pm - full-time, permanent position

The candidate-

• Previous experience in a Parts Coordinator/Advisor, Service Support, or Customer Service role
• Industry experience in automotive, truck, plant hire/agriculture, or construction machinery preferred
• Confident using IT systems and supplier platforms
• Strong communication and organisational skills
