Parts Advisor – Hayes

Our client is a well-known and reputable HGV dealership with many depots nationwide. Currently they are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor / HGV Parts Advisor / Automotive Parts Advisor to join their busy depot.

Monday to Friday - 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Rotating shift: 0600hrs to 1430hrs/1230hrs to 2100hrs

1 in 3 Saturday mornings 6:30 – 12:00 at overtime, time and a half

What will you be doing

* Handling parts enquiries from retail customers, workshop, and trade accounts

* Ordering, receiving, and issuing parts accurately and efficiently

* Managing stock levels and maintaining up-to-date records

* Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams

* Delivering excellent customer service in line with Volvo standards

About you

* Experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Assistant (automotive, truck, or bus industry preferred)

* Hold full driving licence

* Confident communicator with great organisational and IT skills

* A proactive team player who takes pride in delivering quality service

* Knowledge of Volvo systems or commercial vehicle parts is an advantage
