An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Parts Advisor to join a reputable automotive dealership in Worcester. This role offers the chance to work within a busy, professional environment, supporting the parts department and contributing to the overall success of the dealership.

Basic salary of £29,500
OTE of £38,000

Assisting the Parts Manager with daily departmental responsibilities
Supporting workshop operations and vehicle health checks
Managing stock control, parts ordering, and inventory levels
Receiving deliveries and processing returns efficiently
Handling customer enquiries both via phone and face-to-face
Ensuring all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Providing excellent customer service to workshop clients and retail customers
Maintaining accurate records and adhering to dealership procedures as a Parts AdvisorRequirements of a Parts Advisor:

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role within a main dealer environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good knowledge of computer systems and stock management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
