Parts Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable automotive company in Exeter for the position of Parts Advisor. This is an excellent Parts Advisor opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking to build a long-term career within a well-established organisation. The role of Parts Advisor suits those who have a solid understanding of automotive parts and enjoy providing exceptional customer service.

Competitive salary of up to £31,000, with potential earnings of £33,000 including commission as a Parts Advisor

Monday to Friday working hours, 8AM – 5PM, with some flexibility

Providing expert parts advice to customers and colleagues
Managing parts stock levels and processing orders efficiently
Supporting the sales team with accurate parts information
Assisting with stock control and inventory management
Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Handling parts enquiries via phone and in person
Supporting the overall efficiency of the parts departmentRequirements:

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Driving licence is not essential
