We're looking for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor to join a busy, friendly team working with everything from vans to heavy goods vehicles.

You'll be the go-to person for keeping the workshop moving, making sure technicians have the right parts at the right time, chasing orders and helping customers find what they need. You'll deal with both trade and retail customers, so good communication and a bit of problem-solving go a long way!

What you'll be doing:

Ordering parts and sundries for workshop repairs

*

Keeping track of orders and chasing deliveries

*

Supporting technicians to keep jobs moving

*

Helping customers face-to-face and over the phone

*

Working with a range of commercial vehicle brands

*

Building your knowledge through ongoing manufacturer training

What we're looking for:

*

Experience in commercial vehicle parts, ideally across LCV and HGV

*

Someone organised who can keep on top of multiple orders

*

A confident communicator who enjoys working with people

*

A team player who's happy to get stuck in and find solutions

*

A genuine interest in commercial vehicles

Basic salary up to £32,000

*

Bonus of up to £3,000 – £35,000 OTE

Hours:

*

Monday to Friday over three different shifts (07:00am-16:00pm, 08:00am-17:00pm, 09:00am-18:00pm) with 30 minutes unpaid break for lunch.

One in three Saturday mornings, 8am–12pm
