Full-Time | 45 Hours per Week | Main Dealer Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and looking to build your career with a well-established main dealer? We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join their busy team in Croydon.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected dealership where you'll play a key role in ensuring customers and workshop technicians receive the parts they need efficiently, while delivering a first-class service experience.

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

* Supplying parts to retail and trade customers.

* Providing parts to the workshop to support efficient vehicle repairs.

* Unpacking stock deliveries and maintaining a clean, organised warehouse.

* Assisting with the delivery and collection of parts when required.

* Delivering excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone.

* Promoting the latest parts offers and identifying sales opportunities.

* Supporting the wider team with additional duties as required.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

* A full UK driving licence (essential).

* Good knowledge of the local area.

* Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role (preferred).

* Knowledge of commercial vehicle parts (advantageous but not essential).

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

What's on Offer

* £34,000 - £35,000 basic salary

* Bonus scheme around £2,000 a year

* 45-hour working week (hours to be agreed with the manager)

* 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00am-12:00pm)
