Location: Diss, Norfolk
Salary: Competitive basic salary + bonus
Hours: Full Time, Permanent (Monday–Friday)

We are recruiting on behalf of a busy, centralised parts operation in Diss, on behalf of a well-established motor dealership group. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced Parts Call Centre providing outstanding service to trade and retail customers alike.

The Role:

• Take ownership of all inbound calls and respond promptly
• Advise on and process parts enquiries and orders for trade & public customers
• Provide accurate product information and track orders to completion
• Upsell parts and accessories where appropriate
• Maintain detailed records and ensure high standards of customer service

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Confident telephone manner with both trade and public callers
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Previous vehicle parts or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential – full training provided
