Parts Centre Manager

Basic Salary: £53,000 + OTE £9,000
Company Car Provided
Monday-Friday | 44 hours per week (No Weekends!)
Training & Manufacturer-Approved Development
33 Days Holiday (Including Bank Holidays & Birthday Off)

Parts Centre Manager required for Automotive leading nationwide automotive parts retailer located in Rochester.

We are recruiting for a Parts Centre Manager for our Client’s bodyshop. As a Parts Centre Manager for our Client you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department.

The salary on offer for this Parts Centre Manager is £53,000.

Parts Centre Manager Person Specification:

A previous working experience as a Parts Manager
Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
Motivating and developing the Parts Team
Strong Interpersonal Skills

The responsibilities of this Parts Centre Manager role are:

Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
