About the Role

Are you an organised, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment?

We're recruiting for a Parts Coordinator to join a well-established international business supporting a network of dealers across UK. This is a varied position where you'll take ownership of customer orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth experience from initial enquiry through to delivery.

This isn't a call-centre role. You'll be managing relationships, solving problems, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring customers receive a first-class service every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing customer orders from receipt through to fulfilment.
Acting as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, requests and issues.
Providing quotations and supporting customers with parts-related enquiries.
Monitoring open orders and proactively updating customers on progress.
Working closely with logistics, supply chain, warehouse and sales teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels.
Investigating discrepancies, coordinating supplier communication and supporting operational accuracy.What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a parts or technical customer service, sales support, order management role
Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, distribution or technical environment would be advantageous.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
