Parts Manager – Hampshire

Location: Covering two depots in the Hampshire area

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Manager to lead Parts operations across two Hampshire depots.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially focused and customer-driven Parts professional to lead a team, grow sales and ensure excellent customer service across both locations.

Key responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and develop the Parts teams across Alton and Winchester.
Drive parts sales, customer service and commercial performance.
Manage stock, inventory and supplier relationships.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency and profitability.About you:

Previous experience in a Parts Manager, Parts Supervisor or senior Parts Advisor role.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Commercially aware with good stock management experience.
Organised, proactive and confident using computer systems.
Full UK driving licence.Experience within agricultural machinery, automotive, construction, plant or similar sectors would be beneficial. IBCOS experience is an advantage, but training can be provided.
