Parts Sales Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Sales Advisor working within an Automotive Trade Dealership Group, in the Croydon area.

Our Client is seeking a skilled Parts Sales Advisor / Parts Sales Person to join their friendly team of Vehicle Parts Professionals.

Requirements:

• A strong communicator who is used to dealing with both Trade Customers and the General Public
• Preferably at least 2 years’ experience within a Main Dealership or similar environment.
• An ability to provide an excellent level of customer service

Duties:

• Responding to customer demands – dealing with queries, complaints and orders in a professional tone.
• Being proactive with customer issues – communicating with Senior Parts Advisors and Management when situations occur.
• Displaying strong logistical skills, by following up on customer calls, as well as retaining key information with products, services and training regimes.
• Regularly upselling products and services, to meet sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate customer records, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Pre-pick customer orders, and parts look-up.

The salary for this Parts Sales Advisor position is up to £31,000.

Hours of work in this role are 7am - 5.30pm Monday – Friday - no weekends.
