Our client, a well-established national motor parts factor based in Slough, Berkshire, is seeking a dedicated Parts Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. * Up to £33,500 basic salary plus bonus
* Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm
* One in three Saturday mornings, 8am – 12.30pm

Duties of the Parts Sales Executive:
* Provide expert advice to customers regarding parts and accessories to meet their needs
* Achieve personal KPIs and sales targets through active promotion of products
* Accurately identify and locate parts to ensure customer satisfaction
* Utilise promotional offers effectively to meet sales objectives
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and face-to-face interactions
* Support the Sales Manager in reaching sales goals
* Maintain high product knowledge and stay informed of competitor activity
* Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally, adhering to KPI frameworks
* Use company systems efficiently to search, order, and process parts
* Follow up on customer orders, manage credit statuses, and ensure timely communication
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Parts Sales Executive, Parts Supervisor, or Parts Sales Representative
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good knowledge of automotive parts and the industry preferred
* Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Customer-focused attitude with a passion for automotive products
