Parts Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Sales Manager to join a reputable motor trade business in Exeter, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Parts Sales Manager to take on a leadership role within a thriving parts department, driving sales growth and team performance.

Manage and develop a team of Parts Sales Consultants within a busy environment
Drive sales and achieve revenue targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement
Oversee daily operations within the parts department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Contribute to the development of intermediary parts offerings, including warranty-backed and long-term vehicle parts
Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, providing expert advice to customersRequirements:

Proven experience in automotive parts sales management, ideally with a trade parts background
A strong track record of longevity within the motor trade industry
Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide a team effectively
Confident communication skills and experience managing high call volumes
Previous experience managing a busy parts department and working with intermediary or warranty parts is advantageous
