Join us as a Parts Supervisor – on a daily basis you will serve our internal and external customers in a timely manner, giving them effective advice based on your personal knowledge of products.
As a Parts Supervisor, you will be involved with the day-to-day management of the Department along with the Parts Leader
What does the role of the Parts Supervisor involve?
Provide excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner
Ensure all needs and requirements for parts are met through your personal knowledge of products
Use Manufacturer’s Electronic Parts Catalogues and ordering systems effectively for our customers' needs
Work with manufacturers, industry colleagues and customers, being their first port of call when they have a query
What do you need to succeed as a Parts Supervisor?
Be comfortable liaising via various channels including phone, email, fax and face to face
Experience gained within the motor industry and with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts
Attention to detail and being a champion of continuous improvement
People-focused and an inspirational team player
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Customer-facing experience and proficiency in IT systems and packages
