What You'll Do:

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play


• Create a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for all children in your care


• Observe and assess children's development, ensuring individual needs are met


• Foster strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and caregivers


• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to the EYFS curriculum

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified EYFS Practitioner (e.g., Level 3 in Childcare, Early Years Educator, or equivalent)


• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• A creative and flexible approach to working within a team


• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
