We’re looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant who:
✔️ Has experience working with children, ideally those with SEN, or a strong desire to learn and grow in this area.
✔️ Is patient, empathetic, and able to build strong, trusting relationships with children.
✔️ Can support students in engaging with their lessons, both inside and outside the classroom.
✔️ Is a great communicator and can collaborate with teachers and other staff to provide the best learning experiences for the children.
✔️ Demonstrates a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
