Your Role:

• Lead and manage SEN provision across the school, ensuring every child receives the support they need


• Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored strategies and interventions for students with additional needs


• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies


• Promote inclusive teaching practices to ensure every child has access to a high-quality education

What We Need:

• QTS and NASENCo / experience in a SENCO role


• A passion for inclusive education and supporting students with additional needs


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills


• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies
