This position is a Fire Consultant role and offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging fire remediation andfire projects across complex residential, commercial, hotel, healthcare, and education developments throughout the UK The Role: Deliver technical fire surveying projects across existing and occupied buildings Review construction details, building defects, and fire safety compliance issues within complex buildings Work alongside Fire Engineers on complex fire engineering solutions and building safety strategies Liaise with contractors, developers, housing providers, consultants, and clients regarding remediation solutions and compliance matters Support quality assurance inspections during remediation works and sign-off stages Opportunity to train and develop into Senior surveying and retrospective fire strategy consultancy if desired Deliver technical and rewarding projects Extensive benefits package available:- Salary depending on experience, circa £50,000 to £75,000 Private healthcare packages including family cover 31 days annual leave Option to purchase an additional 5 days holiday per year Employee bonus scheme Company share scheme Professional memberships fully funded Electric company car scheme CPD and technical development courses Dental plan Gym membership Enhanced maternity and paternity pay Income protection scheme Structured mentoring programme And many more benefits If you're interested in this opportunity, please submit your latest CV, outlining your technical expertise and relevant sector experience.
