What You'll Be Doing:

* Providing day-to-day pastoral support for Year 10 girls

* Building positive relationships and listening carefully to pupils’ concerns

* Supporting attendance, behaviour and engagement in school

* Helping pupils respond constructively to challenges and maintain clear expectations

* Working with teaching and pastoral colleagues to coordinate appropriate support

* Recording concerns and following the school’s safeguarding and reporting procedures
