A mainstream secondary school in Ealing is looking for an experienced and committed Pastoral Support Worker to join their team for an immediate start.

Pastoral Support Worker – The Role

As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will work as part of the school's pastoral and student support team, helping students overcome barriers to learning and supporting their behaviour, wellbeing, personal development and progress.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting students with their behaviour, personal development and attitudes towards learning
Working with tutors, teaching staff and the SEN team to put appropriate support strategies in place
Supporting students with social, emotional and wellbeing needs
Monitoring behaviour, attendance and student progress
Communicating with parents, carers and external agencies where appropriate
Maintaining accurate pastoral records and contributing to whole-school inclusion and wellbeing initiatives
Building positive relationships with students and providing consistent support across the school

This is a mainstream secondary school in Ealing looking for someone who can make an immediate contribution to its pastoral provision.
