Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in pastoral care, mentoring, or a related role is highly desirable, with a preference for candidates who have worked in SEN settings


• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of empathy, with the ability to connect with students and understand their unique needs and experiences


• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, parents, and staff


• A patient and resilient approach to supporting students through emotional challenges and personal development


• A current and clear Enhanced DBS check is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of all students
