About the Position:
PASTRY Chef de Partie (CDP) – High-End Kitchen
We are looking for a highly skilled Pastry CDP to run the pastry section independently in a Michelin-level kitchen. This is a ONE-person role requiring strength, speed, and exceptional attention to detail under pressure.
You must be confident managing the section alone, maintaining very high standards of consistency, organisation, and presentation throughout service. Only candidates with STRONG fine dining or Michelin-level pastry experience will be considered.
This role is not suitable for candidates without relevant experience at this level. If you do not meet the criteria, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
